Hi, I’m Bora — Congolese-born, UK-raised, now raising two little ones in Dubai. As a fitness trainer and a mum, I know how hard it is to prioritise your health when you’re juggling everything.

That’s why I created Move by Bora — a warm, empowering fitness space just for women like you. Here, we do things differently: fun workouts, real-life routines, and zero pressure to “bounce back.”
