Hi! I’m Bora, a British- Congolese mum, fitness coach and creative designer based in Dubai, UAE.
My mission is to help support you to become more intentional about changing habits, achieving goals and becoming the best version of yourself. My programs will help you move with confidence whether you’re a beginner or more advanced.

Get started with Bora’s training system and method. Bora currently has 3 exclusive programs with ON PURPOSE, a strength and conditioning signature program holds you accountable in achieving your goal as we focus on burning fat and building muscle. BREATHE program will support and empower you during all three stages of trimester, moving you through the best pregnancy possible. AWAKEN is a core rehabilitation program that focuses on core strength, pelvic floor function and glute activation. The programs allow you to be flexible, range from 8 to 12 weeks, 26-minutes workout duration with easy set up to do at home or in the gym. Start moving, unlock your true potential!

Hip and back pain is quite common for mums due to the demand of heavy work load in the home and carrying infants. Unfortunately, good posture is not taught to help activate the core which protects the spine. AIM helps you better function and free from pain.

Pregnancy
Staying active during pregnancy can help manage some symptoms of pregnancy and make you feel better. Feel strong and empowered with a safe a practical whole-body workout from AIM.

Diastasis Recti
Diastasis recti is where the connective tissue between your “six pack” muscles separates. It can leave you with a pouch even years after your last baby. AIM helps repair and strengthen the core.
