Breathe
Description
Breathe is a 40 weeks pregnancy program that will move and guide you throughout your three trimesters. The workouts are split into trimesters with movements adjusting to accommodate your growing bump. This program is about empowering you to have a safe and fit pregnancy that mentally and physically prepares you for labour with low impact strength training.
The formula allows you to easily create and tailor your workouts by mix and matching using a menu of exercise movements. The movement menu is colour coded so that you can easily put together your own variation of focused and dynamic workouts. Take each day as it comes and listen to your body.
Each movement has a demonstration video link to ensure that you are performing correctly and with good form. Achieve your goal whether it’s to maintain a healthy weight, improve cardiovascular endurance or feel overall strong.
What to expect
This program is designed to build a resilient mind and body.
You will be training on average a minimum of three workouts per week over fourty weeks with full body workouts that focuses overall strength and endurance. There 3 training styles and duration depending on your energy on the day and available time. You will also be given warm up and cool stretch movements to follow.
Each movement, targets specific muscle group such as:
- Shoulders, chest & back
- Biceps & triceps
- Hamstrings & Quads
- Glutes
- Core
Make sure to take notes of any weights or resistance bands you used and how you felt overall during the session plus, any other information that can help you when re-visiting.
This is not the time to be trying to achieve your 1 rep max so, please be humble and kind to yourself.
