
Hi, I’m Bora — a Congolese-born, UK-raised mum of two, now living in Dubai.
I’m a certified personal trainer and the founder of Move by Bora, a fitness space created for women who want more than just another workout. I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, disconnected from your body, and unsure where to begin. After becoming a mum, I realised that much of the fitness world wasn’t built for me — or women like me. It overlooked the realities of healing, strength-building, and motherhood. So, I built something different: A space where women — especially mums — can move intentionally, without guilt or pressure. A space that respects your time, your body, and your journey. Because you deserve fitness that fits your real life.

Why I Created Move With Bora
After my second pregnancy, I realised how much traditional fitness overlooks women’s real needs — the aches, the healing, and the emotional load we carry.
I wanted something smarter, softer, and genuinely supportive. A method that evolves with you — whether you’re healing postpartum, strengthening your core, or simply reclaiming a few minutes each day just for yourself.
Move by Bora was born out of that gap: a blend of functional training, core restoration, and joyful movement designed for real women with real lives.
