Hi, I’m Bora, Congolese-born, UK-raised, and now raising two little ones under the Dubai sun.


I’m a certified personal trainer and the founder of Move by Bora, a fitness space for women who want more than just another workout.
I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin, disconnected from your body, and unsure where to begin.

After becoming a mum, I realised much of the fitness world wasn’t built for us — it overlooked the realities of healing, rebuilding strength, and navigating motherhood. So, I created something different. A space where women — especially mums — can move intentionally, without guilt or pressure. A space that respects your body, your time, and your season of life. Because you deserve fitness that fits your real life.

Why I Created Move With Bora

After my second pregnancy, I saw how traditional fitness often ignores women’s real needs — the healing, the fatigue, and the emotional load we carry.

I wanted something smarter, softer, and more sustainable, a method that evolves with you. Whether you’re rebuilding postpartum, reconnecting with your core through the Functional Deep Core Series, or simply reclaiming a few minutes each day for yourself, Move by Bora meets you where you are

My Story in a Few Steps

Movement has always been my freedom — from dance to sport, it helped me feel alive and grounded.

My body changed, my priorities shifted, and I realised the fitness industry rarely supports women through these transitions.

I followed my intuition, started over, and poured everything I’ve learned into building something that truly serves women.
