At Move by Bora, our Dance Fitness experiences are designed to bring joy, release stress, and help you feel alive while getting stronger. Whether you’re following choreography or losing yourself in the rhythm, every session is about freedom, not perfection.

Dance as Therapy

When life feels heavy, dance offers release. Moving your body to music creates:

Live Dance Sessions (via Zoom)

Two unique monthly sessions bring the community together:

1. Choreo Flow (30 mins)
A choreographed class where you’ll learn fun routines step by step. Perfect for building coordination, fitness, and confidence while vibing with music.

2. Dance Release (30 mins)
A freestyle jam led by Bora with curated playlists. No rules, no structure — just pure movement therapy. Show up, move how you feel, and leave lighter.

Both sessions are recorded, so you can replay anytime inside your membership.

On-Demand “I Go, You Go” Playlists

Not every day calls for a long class — sometimes you just need a quick dance break. Inside your membership, you’ll find growing playlists of 3–6 minute follow-along tracks:

  • Follow Bora’s moves in quick bursts
  • Mix and match songs into 15–30 min sessions
  • Discover new rhythms regularly as the library expands

It’s your personal dance party, on demand.
