How It Works

  • AMRAP-style workouts: Choose a workout, set your timer, and go. No pressure — just progress.
  • Mix-and-match movement library: Colour-coded by focus (upper, lower, core) and patterns (push, pull, squat, hinge, etc.).
  • Short & effective: 10–26 min sessions that fit your life.
  • Progressive overload: Build strength gradually with reps, load, or intensity.
  • Minimal equipment: Dumbbells, mat, and a few basics.
  • Flexible, not fixed: You choose your pace and your focus — every session.
